Cancelation Policy
Confirm reservations which are cancelled 30 days or more of your date for the service will result in a 100% cancelation fee of the first night.
There are NO refunds for holiday periods, no matter when the reservation was made or cancelled. (refer to our website to find out which dates are considered holidays US holidays and Mexico holidays applies.
There are NO refunds for cancelations made less than 15 days of your arrival date.
There are NO REFUNDS for a no show reservation. (CHECK BORDER TIMES AND PLAN AHEAD)
For all other cancelations will be subject to a 100% cancelation fee up to a the price of the first night.

There are NO refunds to reservations that have been previously rescheduled or moved to a different date, no exceptions.
Border closing or covid related cancelation will only give you credit for a future date, not refunds.
50% if your payment is required at the moment that you make your reservation, balance is due 10 days prior to arrival.
There is a $16 late-payment fee if payment is done less than 10 days prior to arrival.
Your reservations could be subject to cancelation if no full payment is received 3-days before your arrival date with no refunds.
If reservation is made less than 10 days before arrival 100% if your total is required.
Visa, Mastercard, ApplePay & Zelle is accepted.
Discounts only applies to payments done in full via Zelle or ApplePay only.

There are NO refunds for cancelations made less than 14 days of your arrival date.
There are NO REFUNDS for a no show reservation.

Refunds if any will be issued on your scheduled departure date not sooner, minus cancelation fees.
Damage deposit & Damage waiver
The damage deposit will be refunded after inspection of the property;
It might take up to 10 working days.
Damage waiver is non-refundable.
